They do say that but they should say what the cause is of Alopecia is and how to prevent it. Despite what you read about genetics and other factors being cause, some of principal reasons are harmful shampoos and equally harmful medicated shampoos and medications which we then use to correct problem. We are seeing a hair loss epidemic in both males and females and its occuring at ever younger ages – as young as 14 and 15. We compound the problem by over washing hair – some do so everyday – and that is promoted by shampoo manufacturers. Do a Google search “washing hair daily harmful?” See dozens of sites listing harm. I’m English and live in Mexico where there is a lot of poverty so the poor simply don’t have hair loss problems as they can only wash hair (and body) infrequently. Also many men here oil hair or use oil dressing and wash infrequently. So you do not see the same hair loss.
